Der aktuell einzige Gimbal das das S22 Ultra stabilisieren kann. Auch wenn andere Hersteller meinen sie können es auch, tun sie das nicht. DJI, Hohem und Co haben massive Probleme mit der größe.
Aufgrund des Faltmechanismus der keiner ist, ist der Gimbal deutlich größer als seine Konkurrenten.
Tasche oder Case liegen auch nicht dabei.
Einzige was ich an diesem Gimbal nicht verstehe ist die Arretierungsschraube. Diese hat bei mir keinerlei Funktion. Auch wenn man sich das Gewinde mal anguckt ist da nichts dahinter was angezogen wird. Man kann die Gimbal mit voll angezogen oder komplett raus geschraubt gewaltfrei auf und zu klappen. Die Schraube hat einfach gar keine Funktion.
Observer –
…und gutes Interface/Bedienbarkeit sowie Ergonomie. Das Tracking von Objekten funktioniert unbefriedigend, die Software hat Probleme diese in der Bildmitte zu halten und verliert sehr oft das Objekt an sich. Die Batterielaufzeit ist großartig, das Fülllicht mehr als praktisch. Die App von ZHIYUN hat viele Ecken und Kanten, läuft auch nicht 100% stabil auf Android – ärgerlich die Limitierung auf 4K/30FPS statt 60FPS!
Die Maue Gesamtbewertung kommt daher das mein Gimbal am zweiten Tag schon einen Defekt entwickelt hat – ohne äußere Stresseinwirkung meinerseits.

Ich bin schon lange Benutzer des ersten Smooth Q und warte seitdem auf einen würdigen Nachfolger. Voller Erwartung habe ich also jetzt das brandneue SmoothQ3 bekommen.
Und wurde leider maßlos enttäuscht. 🙁
Aber der Reihe nach:
– Das Tripod: Echt jetzt? Selbst ein günstiges China Tripod hier bei Amazon ist wertiger. Wert? Ich würde sagen: Straßenmarkt 3 Euro
– Das Gimbal selbst: Leider ebenfalls billigstes Plastik. Der Griff selbst ist so kurz, dann gefühlt in einer Männerhand der kleine Finger ins Leere greift. Kein Grip o.ä. ist verfügbar.
Weiter Kritikpunkte:
– Neues Gimbal ok, aber dass ich erst ein Firmware-Update via USB Kabel und serial USB Port 3 machen muss…. Ich gehe davon aus, dass viele bereits hier scheitern würden…
Update via Bluetooth geht leider (noch) nicht.
– Verbindungsabbrüche: Trotz 100% Akku verliert das Gimbal die Verbindung (Huawei P30Pro) bzw. geht unvorbereitet in den “Standby-Modus” (Leds wummern). und das gefühlt alle 2 Minuten…
– App: Erst muss ich mich registrieren, damit sie überhaupt läuft. Dann muss ich in der App erst sagen, dass ich Fotos/Video machen will…
– Gimbal Achsen: Leider sind die “neuen” Gimbal anscheinend alle als Spielzeuge konzipiert. Der “Fake-Drone” shot ist damit leider nicht mehr möglich. Oder anders: Eine Drohne fliegt gerade von unten nach oben. Mit den neuen gewinkelten Gimbals ist das nur noch 90° gedreht möglich. So fliegt keine Drohne (Nicht mal eine gefakte) Ferner kann das Gimbal, wenn die Hand gerade nach unten gestreckt ist, NICHT nach vorne Filme. Sprich: Auch hier muss man die Hand um 90° drehen…
Kurzum: Ich bleib weiter bei meinem Smooth Q der ersten Generation und hoffe auf 2022

Right out the box. Connected to Bluetooth once. During that time , firmware update needed. Nope it won’t do that. Turned it off for a a hour. Now won’t connect to Bluetooth after reinstall app. Resetting Bluetooth. I’ve had it 5hrs , so far nothing but trouble. please be aware that the firmware can only be updated via your pc.
Edit. I purchased a second Smooth Q3 gimbal in hope the next one had no issues.
Sadly not. I tried connecting to 3 different Samsung phones. S8, S10 plus S21 Plus. After many many attempts. Installing and reinstalling app software. Not one one would connect. Android App really needs to be on the same level as Apple. As the android app even misses some features that Apple has.

He comprado este gimbal porque mi movil es capaz de grabar en 4k a 60fps, el problema es que en esta resolución no estabiliza y es una pena no poder grabar videos, por las constantes vibraciones.
El caso es que tiene varios problemas este gimbal, el primero es que usando la aplicación ZY Cami solo admite una resolución maxima de 4k a 30fps. Además, dentro de la aplicación tiene varias plantillas muy chulas, pero que no funcionan correctamente. Por poner un ejemplo, cuando marcas un rostro para que lo siga automaticamente, pierde el seguimiento con mucha facilidad, esto dentro de casa, en la calle no lo he probado. Tiene otras plantillas, que aunque te dice a traves de un video tutorial como debes usarlas, nuca queda como se ve en la plantilla.
En resumidas cuentas, como gimbal puro y duro, sin usar la aplicación ZY Cam, va perfecto aunque renuncias al zoom y al boton de grabar del estabilizador, solo puedes usar el joystick y los distintos modos de estabilización.
Estuve a punto de comprar el smooth 5 y ahora pienso que hubiese sido mejor opción.
