Overall not such a great product i would say for 9000
Tested on iphone 11
Also updated the recent software
1. Stability in walk mode or run mode is not at all stable, even while walking slowly in close grip the stability goes for a toss… whats the use of the gimbal then ?
2.The app doesn’t shoot in 4k only, and all the features in the app is so useless that i use my basic camera to shoot
3. Setting up the camera on the gimbal is a humongous task… zhiyun u need to really think about this… Auto calibration in the app must be used to set up things much more quicker
4.PF mode is not so responsive while moving
5.Output of the video is a disaster
Big time Zhiyun to work on the app and release a new update to rectify the issue

The product is good and sturdy, except it exhibits some quality issues.
App crashes , connectivity issues, upgrade issues. Mostly software and firmware related. If these are corrected, then its a good product to own

I have seen many videos where they are providing hard case for gimbal, but I didn’t get any case with it, I bought this gimbal for trips but how will i carry it,
I have seen videos where they are getting zhiyun prime membership card for 6 month free member ship, it was not there, why they are fooling us, I’m very disappointed with this behaviour

1) I saw in reviews that this comes with a nice hard case. But my item did not come with any. How to carry this in trips? Disappointed!
2) Its manufactured in May ’21 but there is no charge in battery? Gimbal was not powering on. Upon putting for charging, it started from nil. A fully discharged new battery must either be defective, or it is a returned piece which is deliberately drained out. Returned and Amazon was nice to issue a refund.
3) It does not feature full 360 degrees inception mode. Also, does not support ‘torchlight’ style handling (you can’t hold it horizontally). It was such a shame for Zhiyun to fail us with this much needed low angle shots. After about 50 degrees only the mobile will also start moving with the gimbal, i.e. start looking downwards!
My honest advice to all: Be cautious about those paid ‘reviewers’, they are very clever and nicely hides those limitations.
Unless you want a gimmicky gimbal with collapsible arm or LED light, you won’t find any mentionable improvements or benefits in Smooth Q3 that lacks basic capabilities.
