First thing you get a dented/scratched product from Amazon, the sound is minimal high, don’t expect silent performance. Heater works well but works only on specific wash programs only- not for all. Gives good washing experience with heater at this price 16000.-6.5kgs. Stain wahs takes time but gives good washing. Two stars for dented and scratched body.

After using around 6 month not satisfied at all with this machine as its not cleaning clothes as expected. Speed of rotation while washing is moderate.
In built heater is working but taking too much time.

I brought this because it has zero water fill technology. It takes 1.30 hours to fill middle level water tank total 2:15 minutes for daily wash function.
It’s west of time and not as per future specified by Amazon or manufacturer.
I am going to return this product
I recommend not to buy this product if you have low pressure water.

3 step easy wash for all ages and people like moms,maids and kids
12 program preset from daily, eco,heavy only spin and dry . All useful modes.
Toughend Glass top lid which is not soft close . Need to be careful with what u keep on top.
The heater option is a must have and v good but takes long in this mode.
Avg washing cycle is arnd 1hr and the min from 45mins to 2.5 hrs max
The drying quality is aound 60 to 70 % . This could have got better .
The cone in the middle of the drum occupies space making the space inside feel limited for clothes .ref pic alomst 6inch in length
Heavy clothes like curtain and sofa covers can be washed well .
I have covered the glass with a glass sticker to give it a better look .u can try too. For a family of 4to 6 daily washing needs well taken care
Have side holding slots for careing and moving but no wheels

Prefer Samsung of same budget… Used for a month now. My observations –
1. Lots of post sales including Whirpool detergent or Lint cleaner liquid or even cover or stand.
2. Lint remover is hidden and is very bad. Keeps lint sticking to clothes.
3. Soaking is done in very lest water and spin clothes in it causes damage.
4. The torque of motor is very light
5. Opening lid stops every action, even the water downpour
6. It brakes the system after every rotation. Will lead to quick brake failure and thus more purchase.
I’ve used Samsung or LG or Haier and prefer them.

Pros: 1. The product was well packed and delivered at the promised time by Amazon and the delivery guys were also professional.
2. The washing machine has a lot of features but we won’t use most of them.
3. There is a 3 Button click system (Power, Mode, Start) which is pre-defined for typical Indian household usage with a general mode i.e soak – wash – Rinse – Dry mode as P1 readily available which reduces our work on the machine to wash the clothes.
4. In case if we need to wash clothes in hot water, that is just a button click action.
5. Minimal sound compared to our old Samsung Wobble 3D W machine.
6. While drying clothes, the tub is controlled properly without touching the walls avoiding annoying noise which is a good thing.
7. Express wash feature really helps when we are in a hurry to wash the clothes. Which typically reduces at least 10-15 minutes of time, (can vary as per individual usage)
8. Indication of how much washing powder is required for every wash is another good feature.
9. Didn’t find a slot to take out the wash lint which is now painless.
10. Zero pressure fill technology is really good. I can see a little difference while the water is filled into a tub compared to our previous machine where the flow of water was very slow.
Con: There’s only 1 button for 12 wash modes, which makes us click 11 times in case if we accidentally go to 2nd mode and want to go back to the regular predefined 1st mode. No other cons as I can tell for now after 1 week of usage.

Not recommended.
1.In auto water level mode, water level is 3/4 of the cloth level so no proper soaking.
2.in wash/rinse mode only 1-2-1 so no proper wave formed to clean the cloth.
3.in dry mode max rpm is 800 so no proper dryness in cloth.
4.unproffesional technician for installation. His only objectives are to sale trolly and descaler at MRP which are avaliable at discount price in market.
