1. FIRST OF ALL IT IS LIFE SAFETY ISSUE
2. ALL OF THE SUDDEN MACHINE WILL SHAKE VERY HEAVILY AND FALL FROM THE STAND
3 ONCE ONE THE MACHINE SOME ONE SHOULD STAND NEAR THE TO MACHINE. WE DO NOT KNOW WHEN IT WILL ROTATE VERY HEAVILY AND FALLEN FROM STAND AND HIT THE WALL
4. SO MANY TIMES WE HAVE SWITCHED OFF THE ENTIRE HOUSE ELECTRIC CONNECTION BECAUSE WE CANNOT GO NEAR TO THE MACHINE BECAUSE OF LOUD NOICE AND ROTATE SPEED. IF YOU WANT LIVE LONG DO NOT BUY.
5. TEAR THE CLOTHS. EVEN BED SHEET ALSO IT WILL TEAR (I SUSPECT DUST COLLECTOR IS TEAR THE CLOTH)
6. I AM GOING TO WRITE THE WHIRLPOOL R&D TEAM FOR THIS KIND WASTE PRODUCT
7. MY HARD EARNED MONEY 25 K IS GONE

1.Getting Loud noise like a auto engine while machine in working
2.While the machine is in 6 mints in dry stage again the machine taking water and getting back to wash stage
3 . suddenly the decreasing and increasing
4. No support from whirpool company executives apart from technisian near us
5. they are not solving the issue how many time we raise the complaint alsoo

It is very unfortunate to buy this product. When it completes the wash cycle, it brakes the motor so hard that washing machine revolves 180 degree. It has taken the switch board out by jerk. The tap pipe got broken because of the hard jerk.
I called whirlpool engineer 5 times. He first sold stand of the washing machine telling me that it will stop rotating if it is on stand but that also didn’t solve the problem. He greased the brakes and that too also didn’t solved the problem.
I request amazon to refund my money as this is one of the worst products and I recommend not even think of buying thisnl product.

I have been using this product for more than 4 months now. Before this, I had 7 kg machine. Needed a bigger one for family, so bought 9.5 Kg Machine. However, the design of the machine is so pathetic, that it shakes so much that one gets afraid that it might fall from its stand as well as damage the plug socket.
So stay away from this machine for safety reasons. No other issue till date.

I brought the same model twice and finally returned both the machines and settled for a refund. The machine has an issue to timer jump and used to get stuck at different points and the wash would not move ahead from there. We got it checked through Whirlpool service team and got to know that this is a common complaint with this particular model. The same was also validated by premium electronic stores. I think it’s just the 9.5 kg that has the issue, because a neighbour uses the same machine of lesser capacity but doesn’t face the issue.

Amazon is selling defective products at discounted price on sellers behalf.
Washing machine is taking more than 2 hrs in washing clothes at Normal/Daily Wash P1 . It shows 1 hrs total duration but takes more than that. Dryer is not getting started towards the end of wash cycle.
