Although niacinamide is a great ingredient this formulation broke me out..thought it’s purginyand continued using for a month to see a change but I was disappointed. I’ve heard raving reviews about this product and hence bought it. It’s not for me.:(

This copycat of the ordinary is a sheer waste of money. I have used niacinamide from the ordinary and it really works. U can notice the improvement within few days whereas this minimalist copycat is of no effect. So better to avoid.

Okay. So my normal toner contains niacinamide and has worked well for my sensitive, dry skin with pores and acne marks. I purchased this with the consideration that an higher percentage of niacinamide would do wonders for my skin. But no. This is not a good product. It did absolutely nothing for my skin. Instead whenever I apply it (majorly if I use my face shop moisturizer over it, it gives me tiny bumps which look like rashes. Oftem I get a very strong tingling sensation after applying it. Never will purchase this again.

First of all, I love the packaging! The bottle has clear instructions of how to use it and what are the ingredients in it.
Secondly, the base of this serum is aloe juice and not water which is excellent for moisturising and calming the skin. It’s a clear thickish liquid with little to no smell. Use 3-4 drops and massage it into the skin. It’s easily absorbed without giving a sticky feel.
Niacinamide (Vit B3) is excellent for nourishing the skin and reducing pore size. Hyaluronic acid is good for overall skin health and reducing acne marks. However, one must be careful when introducing strong acids and retinoids into their skin care routine. Always start with a lower potency and do a test patch for a few days to see how your skin reacts to it. Gradually increase the concentration of these as your skin becomes used to it.
I’ve been using it for a week at night and my skin feels fresh and dewy and the slight mark I had due to a cut on my cheek also has almost disappeared. Overall very happy with it!

I have been using this product for the last three weeks and It’s actually repairing my skin. I have been suffering from acne and this serum is working like magic.. It’s hydrating and repairing my damage skin and my pimples are gone now.. Only few marks are there.. Within few weeks more..it will make scars disappear.. Thumbs up तो this product.. My skin is dry sensitive and It’s actually repairing it.. Thank you minimalist for launching this brilliant product.. I totally love it 🔥💯👌

Lets get the negatives out of the way first. The packaging is an absolute diaster. The first time i ordered it, it came well packed by amazon. But the second time.. OMG..! The bottle was dangling in a plastic cover. An obvious result of the crushed box. Its a miracle the glass bottle didnt break or chip anywhere..!! So i suggest u buy from the minimalist site. It comes with an excellent packaging from there.

The product is just WOW.!! Gives a glow, lightens blemishes, skin looks healthy and hydrated. Don’t hesitate, jus GO for it..!! This is my second bottle, after using it for more than a month.

I’ve been using Niacinamide for almost 6 months now. I’ve personally used only the ones from the Ordinary and Be Minimalist.
I came to know about this brand from Dr. Vanita Rattan’s YouTube channel, she put’s up information for skin of colour.
I switched from the Ordinary to this brand because I feel that 5% is less irritating compared to the 10% one. All my family members use the same product. So it works on all skin types.
This helps reduce acne scars and also smooths out the skin. I use it twice a day and top it off with a heavy moisturizer. I also suggest not to get the dropper too close to your face, squeeze a little from a distance so that the serum falls directly on your face and pat it with clean hands.
