I needed a tote bag urgently for a trip and although this fits in a lot for things, the finishing of the product is terrible. It also has black ink marks on the inside. I used the bad for a month and now it’s covered in black scuff marks from the slightest of bruises and wear and tear, and honestly, I can’t use it any more. Couldnt return it as I needed it back then, but a terrible buy. Won’t recommend.

I firstly thank Amazon for their fast delivery. Coming to the product i.e Lavie tote bag.. First look of the bag was really simple and beautiful. Handle strap was covered with plastic cover. I felt that bag was little heavy, but was okay with the look and price. I continued to use it regularly after 2 days, I found small black patches on the bag. Initially I ignored after couple of weeks this patches increased and spoiled the look of whole bag. The main reason for the patch is black binder in the handle. U need to wash the bag with mild detergent and cotton cloth to remove. Which is really annoying. Being a brand Lavie has to take responsibility of not giving such low grade bags to the customers.
