Installation and demo provided a day after delivery.
TV is best based on the quality of sound and display.
TV is not smart enough and takes a while to open application. Best advice would be to get a normal (non-smart) TV which will have Sam quality and then purchase Mi box or Amazon fire stick to get the smart tv vibe. This way you could save a little and get more out of your spending.
If you only want to use Netflix, YouTube and Amazon Prime then this would suit your needs. If you have no patience then you won’t be thrilled after this purchase since it take time to open any application and the remote is not smart (voice input not supported)
Please do not buy this. It is not smart. Better but normal and top it off with buying Amazon firetv stick 2021 which would truely make it smart.

Worst purchase ever..
Sony brand always build trust with the product & brand wherein this experience is the worst ever am facing.
I found defects in this product which got reported to both Amazon & SONY customer care wherein till date no enginer or technician visited my place.
But I received en-number of calls with lots of confusion. Demo & installation already done but still Sony service technician calls me for same concerns. Wherein I raised request for a return of products and Amazon team confirmed that for replacement. Sorry but nothing happened so far…
What kind of services is this…

It is not a smart TV if you are looking for a smart TV feature of play store or installing new apps. Limited apps, not so smart User interface and slow operating system. With no refunds,wrong decision to buy this product. Do not buy the product if you are looking for a dynamic smart TV.

Best 32 inch tv in his category.Picture,Sound ,looks are far better than competition.Forget Mi Horizon 32 which is only marketing Gimmick.I am loyal Sony User For 7 Years.So this product considering it’s longevity.Afterall it’s A Sony,You are not regret by Spending Extra bucks for What Superior quality You are getting.Don”t be fool by Fake Marketing By Mi extra Chinese companies.Should by By Best Product at first place ,to avoid fourth coming pain and frustration.I sounds this 2020 model are least expensive as 23k ,Last. 2019 Sony sell same model at 30k.Highly recommended . Smart apps are limited,but essential are there,Further If you need more you can use fire stick which is good option.

I had to eventually return this TV. Picture quality and sound was good. Hence 2 stars.
My experience:
TV is very very slow.
Internet receptivity is poor making browsing experience really pathetic. It could not even detect my broadband network. I had to tether my mobile network and keep it at a distance of 3-4 feet from the TV. Remote is also un-smart.
It is Linux based so you cannot install apps. There is no memory for users to download any content.
It is as good as a standard TV with internet connectivity.
I think android enhnaces smart TV’s experience.May be the higher end versions of Sony is better.
