Keyboard got damaged in two months time after purchased the lap. Replaced it in warranty period but the new mouse pad is not properly fixed, noise is coming in each click. Not getting a satisfied revert or support on raised complaints.

Lenovo Has Lost Its Old Heritage Of quality !!! HD Display For 15 ” Display Is really Bad ! Mouse Tracker is very less responsive so at Mouse click Buttons . Totally Disappointing !!!

The SSD function makes it a class apart. It has been some time with me, though it is used for basic documentation work, the laptop is really robust in working. It looks really classy, however it feels a bit fragile. Go ahead if it is for basic home use and no much heavy works including gaming.

The laptop I recieved is a defective. Its just been 2 days and The battery starts draining quiet fast, laptop opens automatically it doesn’t shup down, nor gets connected to wifi.
I requested for a replacement. I get no call when the guy is coming collect and they don’t wait. As they come they ask for a new laptop serial number but I didn’t got any mail. they took the new laptop with them and told some guy would come to check no one came its being a week now. The worst service.

No heating problem. The booting process is very fast. Crystal clear sound quality, Smooth touch experience, Run 4k video, Built with Windows 11 and MS Office along with much other useful software. If you are looking for a budget laptop then just go for it. I bet you will definitely like this. It also gives a privacy shutter.No one compete for this product in the market at that time.
