I have my Apple Cider Vineger early morning every day. It does many wonders:
( mix one teaspoon apple cider vinegar in one small cup of lukewarm water and then drink it. Make sure you don’t eat anything till 30 mins after drinking it. Now benefits: Balances hormones(still improving mine), digestion of food as before I had so much of indigestion problems every day which I don’t have now, Relief from constipation, good skin, helps for periods as well, especially weight loss..! It’s true. 🙂 .Taste feels weird in the beginning. But You can add 1/2 tsp honey till you habituated with the taste.
Lastly, if you are suffering with Sinus, or all season cold, Please use warm water instead of lukewarm water.
I have lost around 4 kg in a month with this apple cider vinegar in morning plus 20 mins of brink walking every evening.

Drink up 30-50 ml mixed in a cup of water early morning everyday. First time users will need some time to develop taste. For people who have never tasted wine/alcohol, this one is going to be a struggle to drink but it’s very worth it. 😂
