Before adding a review let me clear that I have an experience of 9 years into fitness and supplements.
Let’s go. I would never recommend anyone to buy this pre workout.
Flavour: 1/5. Having watermelon flavour I found it too bitter and worst ever watermelon flavour. Either you will puke immediately after having it or during your workout.
Effectiveness: Its not that bad honestly. Gives you a good pump. But it will make your stomach upset. I never experienced stomach upset after using many pre workouts but I am experiencing the same with this pre workout.
Hence I would not recommend you to go with this pre workout. From my side: thumbs down 👎

When you provide a scoop and caution us to not have more than half a scoop in a day, you should see a problem..! Also took about a week for the powder to absorb all the moisture from the air and solidify, now have to scrape it with a spoon and measure half a scoop, that’s a pain. Taste is not the worst, I don’t think it’s meant to be yummy. It’s not an energiser as one would imagine (my first pre workout drink) it definitely helps me last longer before my muscles feel the burn. That said I’m going to look around after I go through this, looks like it will last forever.

Flavor: Tastes very good. Well balanced. Effects: The effects of 1 scoop were moderate, but certainly noticeable and in no way “overpowering”. After taking one scoop about 15 mins later I began to feel much more awake and alert and also noticed a slight warm tingly feeling all over my body which was quite enjoyable (this is a effect of taking beta-alanine). At the gym I noticed I was able to bang out a couple more reps than I would normally be able to. That being said I noticed a huge difference in my ability to do high intensity cardio with the pre-workout really giving me the focus and energy to go all out. Overall this is a great product at a very competitive price point that I absolutely recommend if you are thinking of trying out pre-workout and will definitely be buying again.

Flavour is ok ok type..give slight kick but not at par with leading pre-workout in the market. Anyways it’s an indian company needs to work on effective formulation development in research and development. I believe that reformulation is needed.

Its Just An Average Product. Madness and Psychotic are far better than this. I Don’t know about beginners but for regular user its not effective. For me its waste of money. Moreover after 2 days its price reduced buy 300, from 1575 to 1260. Ridiculous buying.

The product dries up into a cake despite dry spoon, tightly closed lid and silica gel.
Moreover it tastes more of tomato than Watermelon.
Bad mixability, The powder contains some yellow impurities, even if they are not , The powder is not homogenous

I was a regular user of beta-alanine alone in the past and this product piqued my interest with its combination of ingredients (beta-alanine plus a healthy dose of caffeine and a whole lot more). Have been using this for over a month now and might I say this product has worked our pretty well and effectively for me. Feel the right surge of energy as well as focus during all my intense workouts. Few things to note though:
1. The taste isnt the best. The bitter tinge is a mild off-putter. Need to get used to it or follow it up with something sweet.
2. The tingling induced by beta alanine is real. You might feel it on the arms or behind the ears.
3. You will pee a lot!
