boAt is defrauding customers by intentionally selling devices having defective firmware. If you’re lucky, the flaw will show up within the return/exchange window, or you will be left with some e-waste. A brand-new pair of boAt rockerz 205 pro which I had just started using, entered a dead/unresponsive state in the first hour. (see the video). The led indicator keeps flashing, and the headphones cannot be turned off using the power button. Also, they are not discoverable to other Bluetooth devices in this state, its extremely shameful for a company like boAt, which spends so much on advertising and calling itself an ‘Indian’ brand, to release a poorly engineered and defective product like this. The manual provided with the earphones doesn’t have any measures to recover the earphones from such a state. I have even tried connecting the charger to no avail.
I am infuriated as this is my second sore experience with boAt. I also own a pair of boAt rockerz 385v2 which slipped into this unresponsive state after a couple of months, and I gave up on them as the boAt service centers were very far away, and it wasn’t worth spending 80% of their cost on traveling expenses to get them repaired under warranty.
There were a lot of other people who had faced this issue with the rockerz 385v2; it was evident from the reviews.
I have learned my lesson. I will never ever trust boAt again, however feature-rich or cheap/discounted their products are. In my humble opinion, boAt should ramp up their R&D instead of burning money on PR and sending units to YouTubers for hyping up their products. It’s all just a huge scam. In all the youtube reviews I have seen, no one addresses these issues, they are just buried in the tens of thousands of reviews on e-commerce sites like Amazon.

Bhai jo bhi gaming yaa latency ko dekh kr le rha ek baar soch lena jiska pass bhi new device h under 2-3 month old vo isko buy kr skte h mera phone 1 yrs old h usme low nhi h latency usme boat rockerz 510 headphones ke trah h so plss new device wale lena.
Battery Backup is not much good in beast or gaming mode it drains too much battery without giving Latency of 65ms and also in normal mode
30HRS claimed h yaha to 10hours nhi theek se milte h.
fittinf is good but not much comfortable for long hours.

First of all , I got this product for rs 999
I had used boult,noise and ambrane but first time to boat…
I imbressed for its sound on hearing first song
While comparing boult it comes with massive bass and noise with decent bass but boat comes with balance bass and treble..
I tried beast mot but it’s not satisfying to me..
I got boult for rs 899.. noise for rs 799…and boat for rs 999
By increasing rs 100 u can get the best sound experience..
Range is just awesome. Bt 5.2 gives its value.. signal crosses 3 layer thick Waal from mobile to phone.. even my mobile is lower version of bluetooth.
NOTE distance is upto 15 mts but in tat 15 MTR if any obstacles comes means the range wil be 10-12 mtr
If u are a bass lover then u must need to go with boult probass
If u looking for budget u can go with noise nerve
If u want best sound and for gaming u can go with boat….
Conclusion
I put another order in red colour after a week..

First of all its a very good product considering the price..
Sound: 5/5

Please note that bass is excellent..
Don’t go by negetive feedback. I also have boat earphone you can not find such difference between boat and this one-Honestly.
➡Look : 5/5 (Looks like One plus bluetooth earphone)
➡Battery : 4.5/5. Overall back up is excellent. But 4.5 because after giving warning it’s last only 10 minutes.. Other wise it’s excellent.

Guys go for it , if u r thinking of boat u will be happy to buy this. This will definitely satisfy ur requirement in terms of good sound and bass..

Bought on the Lightning deal for just 999/- and it’s worth evey penny.
Pros-
1.) Design and build is sleek. Metallic buds with sturdy rubberized Band.
2.) Sound quality is a bit more to the bass side. i.e. on a scale of bass and treble it’s 60% bass to 40% treble.
3.) Voice and calling quality is crystal clear.
4.) Battery life is great, Charging is fast ( Type-C) .
For. Gaming –
1.) The beast mode toggle is easy ( just one click and you’re on).
2.) The LOW LATENCY MODE is not as precise as 65ms …but a bit more than that. I played CODM, PUBG: NS and Beatstar. I feel like it’s around 85 to 90ms.
3.) I’ve using Realme buds Q (gaming mode) , Wings Phantom, and now this …the difference doesn’t feel much.
4.) As for the battery … I’ve played PUBG: NS for 5 hours (beast mode on) continuously and battery only went down from 90% to 80%. For a full time buds user which has got 4 -4.5 hours of total playback time, this is great.!! Only 10% battery drain on 5 hours gaming is just mind blowing.
Conclusion :- Great experience overall. Just Go for it ❤️❤️

I have started using the neckband the moment I recieved it, and I charged it for the first time after 4 days of use! The battery is that good. I charged it for 10 mins after that to test the ASAP charging, I’m at 5 hours now & battery is at 50%. So the ASAP charging really works well. The beast mode is also not just a gimmick, it works and there is a noticeable difference. About the audio quality, it is quite good, Bass is very good, treble is fine too. I’m able to wear it for a long time without pain. Connection is strong, does not drop even if there are many walls between the mobile and the neckband.
