I purchased this top loading washing machine after been using a front load washing machine for more than 25 years. The washing machine is light and easy to use, the installation guy explains you with each and every feature that is present on the touch buttons. The washing machine has a built-in heater with different heating levels which a very good thing for washing clothes. Since Wirlpool is a well established brand along with IFB and Bosch I would recommend people to buy a whirlpool top loading machine for their daily wash. Please make sure you have a big water tank since top loading washing machine consume quite a lot of water, but then this washing machine does even have water lever controller on the touch button.

Product arrived on time, however installation and demo was not provided hence it was hard to understand how to use the machine at first. Got some help from youtube on how to use it. Whirlpool did send their technician after a week. Worst service from whirlpool.

The good part is the heater.
But in 15k its a good option available with multiple features

The whirlpool machine is automated one which is very well design.
The water pipe should have provided lengthy one, now we need to bear additional cost for buying new length pipe.
Overall Whirlpool washing machine is a good product and value for machine.

Im not satisfying with internal model. Designing is very poor. According to weight is much pathetic. Even i want to change this product. But there is no satisfying response from the helpline dept. They said that there is no clause for return for that particular product . Even when we ordered that machine the video shows from amazon , there is nothing same as shown .please help me out.we want and change the other model of same company.

1. Soak it outside and then wash it in washing machine
2. Wash 1 double bed sheet at once.
Issue –
1. Washing powder all over the laundry after rinse and dry…
2. The rod inside the machine is not allowing the clothes to move or the water is not reaching the entire laundry.

Geniune review read it……….The worst things we face today regarding newly bought whirlpool washing machine was way to installation process happens. First we received call from customer care executive, without any welcome to new customer she immediately asked me, you bought new machine. I said yes.
Then again asked me not very politely that fully or semi.
I told her fully.
Tap hai
I said yes.
she told our engineer will come today for demo
then I again ask demo or installation.
She told same hi hai.
At evening 7 pm engineer came.
He told you need special tap like pital tap and power plug too.
But if morning whirlpool representative told me tap should be pital tap and power plug require, i will definitely arrange and machine will be start proper working in evening when engineer will come.
Then engineer, immediately see the machine and asked to me you need stand for the same which cost around 1400.00 with installation and if you not buy now then it’s cost should be 2000.00
I feel i did some crime to purchase this machine.
Then i told him I will ordered to Amazon where it’s cost around 990.00 and even offer applicable and more discount i get.
Then engineer just open sealed box and share only demo and fixed rinse pipe in back and bottom cover. And further ask me plumber will do further, and his job is over.
I thought their main motive is selling machine stand only. Demo or installation was just formalities.
Though deliver person from Amazon was amazing and deliver machine at 1st floor without any problem.
5 star to Amazon and delivery persons
2 star to whirlpool team.

The machine has a cheap build quality. It is so light is weight that it feels like made of form. The quality has been reduced drastically of the material of build, motor etc.
If you put 5 .5 kg of cloths in a 7.5 kg machine even then it is not able to rotate the cloths inside. Very poorly programmed and the motor doesnt have the strength.
