I received the product on Monday and the installation was supposed to be done within 48 hours. I called LG customer care and Amazon support as well but they had no information about the installation. I received a message with the number of service center who denied my request saying that my location is not within their service area. Finally I managed to self install the washing machine. I received a call on Thursday asking to share the happiness code with them. When I denied to provide the code, they said it is required to close the case. I asked them to visit and check the product. Later they visited and confirmed that the installation was properly done. Very disappointed with service.But the product is good.

Using this machine for a week now..
Pros:
1. Simple to use. Less buttons. Automatic wash cycles. Good for old people.
2. 8 wash programs which is good in this price range.
3. Strongly built.
4. Seperate inlets for detergent, bleach and softner.
5. No hidden costs in installation and it’s completely free.
6. Rat mesh is quite good.
7. Very low power and water consumption.
8. Pretty decent wash and very silent operation. Even the vibrations during spin cycle are low compared to other top load machines.
Cons:
1. No soft closing door
2. Younger people may find features and less buttons model as boring and not attractive.
3. Less water pressure.
Overall a good buy and value for money top load machine which is quite efficient for a family of 4-6.

This is an old model with less specifications. But in the description they hablve mentioned that it has came yo market in last 6 month. If you buy ghis product tgey are not even providing a replacement with the lastest model of this product. You can only replace this old model with same product. So you will be stucked with this old model. Dont buy this product they are cheating. There are some scratches on the door which shows its an old product.

Bought this washing machine from Amazon with good exchange price for my old machine. It’s 2020 model and light on current consumption. The fuzzy logic determine how much time it should take for washing clothes depending on the load. Washing machine operates quietly and uses less water.
Steel tub and body. Box comes with drain hose, connectors, Ariel washing powder etc.
wash quality is like anyother regular top load as it has normal pulsator
Cons
Beeper on this machine is too low
Less buttons on the panel to select programs
Water pressure level is poor compared to whirlpool, IFB at this price range

The delivery was done the next day after ordering. I had opted for an exchange offer, and my old machine was picked up without any fuss. I then booked for the installation, and the engineer turned up after about 4 hrs!! Great service!!
The machine is an inverter model, and it runs very quietly. It does not have too many settings, but has what one needs. The supplied outlet pipe was just 1 M long, and I had to buy a longer one; not really an issue.
On the whole it is a good fully auto top loader machine at a reasonable price. Recommended product.

I purchased this 7kg Smart inverter 5 star rating, and regretting.
Won’t recommended for following reasons,
Panel leds are not there for any functions, which means you’ll only see number of selection not actual function running, same with water level, indicator is just menu not a led display to show selection. You can watch videos on Youtube to understand what I am meant
Else motor rotation on normal wash sucks, it’s just left right motion that too very slow.
In short this model sucks, and remember you can only replace this not return. Do essentially if you dont like it its your problem after purchase.
