We were offered extended warranty of 12 months. But Amazon told to check with godrej and Godrej asked to check with amazon. As a customer we were a suitable punching bag to be moved around. Eventually we didn’t get the service. Be very careful before your purchase about their services.

I request you all not to buy washing machine from this seller, I am regretting buying it..
While washing clothes for the first time, ut is making such bad noise.
Whenever bucket rotates.
Now when I am returning it..amazon has denied it and godrej says that they have to open the entire machine to correct the fault.
Please dont buy it!!

One of the third class level product I have ever seen.
Within one month geae box is damaged, Pully is damaged.
How come on the earth, such brand new quality product gets defective, seems Amazon sold me duplicate product or used product.
Not satisfied with quality of the machine.
Guys also, dont buy such usless product online.
Very very unsatisfied with overall service.
Godrej Technician saying change the fiber stand to metal stand. 😂
I’m also engineer and dont give us such hopeless suggestions.

One of the worst product I ever received , perfectly malfunctioning, since purchased in urgency learned a lesson not to get attract for low price models , awaiting amazon technicians to certify yes it’s faulty and then I get through a solution 🙄, first day water draining problem , 2 nd day it’s reverse , 3 day dj while spin 🙁

Good machine. Noise level is decent. It is almost same for all machines. I was confused due to the other reviews mentioned here. As per my observation, depends where you have kept the machine. If machine is kept in some open balcony, noise level might appear less but if you keep it in bathroom, noise level appears more. This would be for any brand and model. Overall the machine is good and uses less water. Satifactory for 3 people on an average. Cleaning and drying is also good. Very much value for money.
Service is not that good. We assembled the pipe and rat mesh ourselves. The service person came on next day and refused to attach the drain pipe to the drain hole in our bathroom and asked us to get it done from plumber. This could be improved as there is no point is assigning a service man if he does not do all the required connections for the machine.
Amazon Customer –
works very well, all things of the equipment are very good. Except may be the installation which you will need to get done at oneś cost. Amazon may think of correcting the display phrase from free installation to free demo. Please note that the person will come to give a demo not to install. so any one who has used an automatic washing machine that is useless one needs the equipment installed not to be given demo by person who is ignorant about the product. Amazon may also put a picture of connections on the sale sit as to what all will be require for the machine to connect/ drain and power in its video.

As of now this is working well.. but there are some pros & cons:
PROS
*Washes are great compared to few other brands
*Takes maximum 1 hour for heavy washers.
*Quick easy option is time saving.
*Dries well
*Very much user friendly
CONS
*Do not over-weight it with more clothes which may cause imbalancing leading to horrible sounds
* Sometimes it starts with washing mechanism without the water being poured once you switch on the machine. I usually let it work like that n once finished, I power off the machine and start again.
*Sometimes water is leaking (might be due to over weight)
*Makes queaking sounds sometimes
*Drying makes loud sounds
Even with all the cons, i must say the washes are great & it is a value for money. I liked the product.
