Energy efficient, value for money…
The fridge delivered before time in good condition.
Received as mentioned in ad. Same size, same colour.
Cooling is very fast.
You have to defrost every 3rd day because there is too much ice in freezer area.
It suitable for a small family.
Don’t forget to upload invoice on samsung website to get warranty.
Surely go for it.

Why so much water keeps dripping all over the fridge inside and outside ??? Please explain..im worried that I made a bad decision about purchasing this.

After seeing many positive reviews had ordered this refrigerator couple of weeks back though its bit expensive for single door.
Pros:
-Fridge cooling good infact very quick,
-Elegant look
-No or Less noise
Cons:
-Not doing its key duty ie keeping items if not fresh at-least not to spoil. Vegetables are getting rotten within 3 days. Night’s left over wheat dove we kept in fridge, next day it got spoiled. Same happened with milk as week.
-Expensive for single door
As its been couple of weeks, not sure how the electricity consumption, but per product description it is 130 units per year.

Fridge seems to be a okay product, but, what a shame for Samsung for supplying a tiny toy ice tray. its small than my hand. Fridge also comes with lock having plastic key
It would be good not to provide crap or give some good usable stuff.
It seems to be from Dora kitchen – anyway my daughter is happy to keep ice tray and key in her toy kitchen.

Samsung all refrigerator are of a worst quality. Do not purchase samsung refrigerator. I had purchased it 4 months back due to serious sweating issues inside the refrigerator. There will be thick moisture on the fruits, vegetables and glass compartment. This will rot your food within.
When I complained about this to Samsung toll free and service center they refused to replace or refund. Engineer came to our house and replaced the defrost tray but issue wasn’t fixed. Later they stopped sending engineers and started closing the compliants without even notifyying me..thier intention was clear to sell off thier fault products. Sujith from Chennai head office accepted the product flaw but was not ready to replacenevennthough my fridge was under 1 year warranty.
Don’t purchase samsung fridge..#boycottSamsung

Samsung refrigerator was delivered by amazon in just 2 days post booking . After working for 7-10 days ice compartment malfunctioned and stopped freezing ice . After logging ticket to Samsung service center some steps were guided by the support analyst and ice formation started for 1-2 days . After that refrigerator couldn’t maintain the temperature and food materials were rotten . Very bad experience with Samsung support center after multiple follow up’s their engineer confirmed that gas needs to be filled in compressor and when requested for replacement they closed the ticket from their end without resolving my issue . Still struggling for replacement of the refrigerator . After 4-5 calls now Samsung support center guys are saying that you need to contact amazon and seller for replacement .
