For someone with less space in a room and just for an individual or two, it is apt. but its better to purchase an air cooler with remote such that if you want to use timer or switch it off at midnight it would really help you. Air through is good and sufficient for a small room.
A major which bothered me after purchasing this cooler was that just after 2 days of use the cooler ejected air with a foul odour when it was switched ON. so, make sure you refil it with water daily and don’t allow the water to get settled for more than two days.

Such a raddar product yr..ye kahi se v cooler ka kam ni karta maine le lie ab inhone meko fasa dia ab ye ess product ko return v ni lee rhe ye kehte h ye seller ka product hai hamara ni hai guys rqst hai apse ye product lene ki soche v naa otherwise esme apka he loss hai ye ek normal fan ki tarah hawa deta hai bus ..mtlb eski jitni burai ki jaye kam hai so ap ye naa he le toh fayde mai rahege.👎

I received a faulty product which stopped working after a month of purchase. Its fan motor was burnt. After opening the unit, it seemed the product was already bad. See the pictures of the motor, it was rusty.

Just half of the upper half works. The first half appears to flow air, however only the first half works, the other half is just camouflaged.
Also there is no return on the product. The service centre or Amazon also did not help at all. Bad product. Attached product image for reference.

Product defect and quality also very poor..
Service from both Amazon and symphony worst never before.
10days return policy mentioned on Amazon but after purchase saying No return policy.. Worst customer service both the companies

Dont expect a lot from this. I felt local coolers were more effective. Moreover after 4 months the fan stopped working and the pump is also gone. Symphony technician are like rain they will only come when they want to your calls or complaint will not fall to their deaf ears. Think twice before you buy.

1. The product was damaged at three different places which can be clearly seen in the photo.
2. The cooling of an ample big room is inadequate from this product.
3. This cooler has air intake from the rear side ONLY! Two of the side panels are blocked and covered permanently.
4. The front (air outlet) is already narrow enough BUT is half closed even more (see the image).
5. The water level is not visible when filled more than approx 10L. You get to know that it is filled only when the water overflows.
