My cooler stopped working within 1 year and none of the given customer care numbers of SYMPHONY are being answered. All numbers either remain on “Engaged tone” or you are put on hold stating “All are executives are busy, we shall revert back soon” but the wait continues beyond 20 -25 minutes.
1877-700 4775, 079- 30130111/ 079- 41058311 none get responded to.
When called upon their office number was asked to call the incharge – on 9737227693/ 9558797901 but nobody responds .
If this is the service post sales i think it is advisable to opt for another brand rather than buy so called SYMPHONY AIR COOLERS

Symphony site is not working for log a service call on laptop or on mobile also, chat option also not useful for resolve the query.
Toll free numbers showing switched off. email id also not there.
seller not contacted for service.
So i think waste of money and time. don’t buy this.
They want only money… no one talking seriously to customer problems.

Cool air for room 12 x 10 ft.
Not much diff in electric bill
Used in summer and worth than AC. As pune heat is for 3 months better to invest in cooler than AC.
Needs throughtout cleaning once or twice in a month…. Else lot of dust get accumalated inside the water tank…
Used for 2 yaer no problem of sound or damage.

First of all I want to clarify one thing to people who are expecting AC kind of cooling from this product in cities like mumbai or chennai ..which are coastal places wid lots of humidity.. It will give you cool breeze but it won’t cool ur room..
But if u r staying in nagpur, pune or indore.. It will cool ur room like anything … I have personally felt this thing in nagpur.
It gives really nice cooling.. but don’t compare this product wid AC.
I bought this from Amazon for ₹5499, in local store in my town they r selling it for ₹6800. a bigg thanks to amazon for such a lovely product with timely delivery.

There were so many negative reviews about this cooler.. But i took the risk and bought this cooler.. When I got this, the first reaction was wtf this is too small (check the images below)… Then i plugged it and started it.. It was giving cold breeze of air.. But the problem is that it’s to small and also water is coming out along with the air… IT IS FOR SHOPKEEPERS WHO WANT TO GET COOL AIR FOR THEMSELVES ONLY… while the other area of your room will be warm and humid…. I request pls don’t ignore the above line…
My personal advise is.. If you are buying a cooler then pls first check that at any shop near you then buy it… And outdoor coolers are much much much much much better than indoor coolers…
Thanks to amazon that they understood the problem and started a refund.. (i need to wait little bit as it take time to get refund amount back in account)

I bought this product from amazon on 12th March 2019, Product was in a sealed box ( Seems box was opened earlier / returned since the seal tape was not from Symphony and it was re sealed with normal tape)
Seems some one has orederd and returned back to amazon
But my concern is the user manual was not there in the sealed box and also the warranty card of the product was missing

This product is only for one person doesn’t cool your room but if you keep this cooler near to your bed it ll give cold air which is good the drawback is it creates humidity if your room doesn’t HV enough ventilation for better result keep your window open.

One of the worst products ever. Worked well for a month then both pump and motor were faulty and stopped. Symphony has the worst customer care service . Had to follow up for months to get it repaired and again fault was there and motor burnt. I asked them sternly for a replacement as per warranty and they did not provide a replacement. They partially fixed it but never buy from symphony. Waste of money
