Within a week, the fan has become a nuisance. When I operate the fan on speeds of 1 or 2 or 3, the fan is working correctly. When I set the speed of the fan to 4, the fan starts moving fast, and within 5 seconds it becomes slow, and again within 5 seconds it becomes fast, and again within 5 seconds it becomes slow. It works fast-slow-fast-slow-fast-slow. It happens when I set the speed of the fan to 5 also.
When you operate the fan at a slow speed (1 or 2 or 3), the speed of the fan remains steady.
