Very low power consumption, purchased in 2021, good working condition, based on that experience purchased another one in Jan 2023, but it stopped working after 3 days, been calling them even under busy schedule, still we didn’t get connected, hope the problem gets resolved soon

It is working fine. But strating of fan rotating is little bit slow as comparison with atomberg renesa which I am using more than six months. Otherwise all perfect as atomberg described.
Hi 5 –
I bought the Atomberg Ikano Bldc ceiling fan in 17th November 2022 and on 10th February 2023 the fan stopped working so I complained to Atomberg Technologies as Amazon declined to support.
I received the resolution by a technician after 72 hrs wherein Atomberg assured that within 48hrs technician will visit.
Suffered without the fan for 3-4 days and finally got the fan fixed.

1. Power saving is true as our electricity bill has been cut down to half
Cons
1. Atomberg support and service is slow but did resolve the problem by replacing the defective remote and pcb board
2. Noisy
3. Fan wobbles as it’s light weight
