The MSI MODERN 14 AMD Series comes with a powerful AMD Ryzen 4500u which is
good processer for Normal Users. There is 8GB of DDR4 RAM with an extra free slot to expand RAM. The laptop comes with Radeon graphics. The 512 SSD makes it more fast with an amazing boot up time of just 8 seconds. They keyboard feels amazing and is backlit. The brigtness of backlit keyboard is adjustable. The keys are a little wierd like the function key is on the right You may face issues while typing initially . Mouse pad is very responsive but a little small. The camera is really great. The display is full HD with some great viewing angles but should have been more bright. The sound is low and lacks bass. Hinge is good rotates to 180°.
There are 3 USB ports, 1 type C, microSD slot, HDMI, audio jack and power port. Could have added a thunderbolt port. The laptop is really fast and does day to day things smoothly. Didn’t find any lag. The build quality is amazing and laptop is really light weight around 1.6kg . It has a metallic coating. The type c doesn’t support charging. Battery life is good. Will last upto 6hrs under normal uses.
